Dana Santos is a passionate Product Leader and HR Tech SME who loves to solve problems through great technology and exceptional user experiences. Her experience spans building products from 0-to-1 to the transformation of established products. She spent most of her career working in HR Tech, most recently with Wayfair and previously with Avionte. Her earlier professional experiences include leading and building recruiting teams and software selection/implementation. 

Recently, Dana co-founded HireVolume in order to pursue her passions around the high-volume hiring space. In her free time, Dana enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, skiing, and exploring all Austin has to offer.
