Justin Pozmanter is Head of Ecosystem Strategy – UK & India at the Velocity Network Foundation® (VNF).

VNF is a non-profit membership organization, hosting the leading workforce-tech and ed-tech vendors and solution providers, on a mission to build the Velocity Network, the blockchain based trust and interoperability protocol known as the “Internet of Careers®”. The entire protocol is open and public, with full technical and non-technical documentation available to all. 

At Velocity, Justin is responsible for driving adoption on the network, with a focus on India and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Velocity, he practiced law, served as a nonprofit advocate and as a senior political and public policy advisor. 

Justin holds a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University and a JD from the Fordham University School of Law.
