Tom’s working history began in recruitment dealing specifically with the construction industry before they moved into person management. Despite a 20-year career that has spanned many different industries, they’ve maintained an interest in hiring, believing that the relationship you build as part of a team can begin at the interview stage.

Although Tom now works as an outreach writer for the Immigration Advice Service covering immigration-related issues, they still have an interest in the industry that started their career.
