Zach Larson is a people operations leader with a passion for strategic planning in recruitment marketing, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

He recently wrapped up an end-to-end recruitment assessment for one of the largest transportation companies in the world and prior to that led the product, operations, and innovations strategy for talent acquisition startup Talentify, and the talent strategy for G4S, one of the world’s leading integrated security companies with over 50,000 U.S. employees.

Zach has his MBA in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, SHRM-SCP, and Product Management certificate and has been invited to speak with UNLEASH America and From Day One.
