Buying HR Tech is really hard! The ecosystem of vendors changes weekly, the process is full of pitfalls, and there isn't a lot of great information on the internet that isn't super biased.
It's been a lot of fun to share what we've learned about buying tools, from ROI calculators to best vendor lists and a a whole bunch of articles on how to save money, time, etc during the process
And, we're extremely grateful that over 30k companies per month now use our site when they are looking to buy new software and tools to help with recruiting and HR!
However, we've always wanted to get closer to our audience. People write us emails, and sometimes even pick up the phone to ask us a question or just say thanks. That's great, but it doesn't scale!
So, today we're launching an online community dedicated to helping People professionals who buy HR Tech. This is our attempt to corral the smartest people out there when it comes to HR Tech so we can learn, in addition to of course sharing from our own experiences.
Specifically, this community has a place to ask questions, share knowledge, celebrate the wins, do virtual events, and so much more! Here's a quick video that shows some of what's happening inside:
We also have jobs related to HR Tech buying / PeopleOps, AMAs, places to talk about brand new tech, etc. This will no doubt grow over time and we envision a place for vendors to hang out in addition to buyers.
